Greetings Yogis!

We are pleased to announce that Sue and Linda will be teaching at Yoga Swami . The address is 912 S. Coast Hwy. 101 (between H and I Sts.) in Encinitas. We will offer the Gentle Flow on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 10:30am, beginning Monday, March 1st.

The location and retreat-like setting at Yoga Swami are beautiful and conducive to a wonderful, relaxing and rejuvenating Yoga experience. It is peaceful, serene, private and surrounded by an organic garden.

At this time, we will not be offering heated classes due to low attendance. However, we are open to teaching the Heated Flow if the demand presents itself. You may contact us at Sue's e-mail address which is posted below.

Pricing is for individual classes on a donation basis. We ask for a minimum $10.00 cash donation.
