LEVEL 1 - UNHEATED - Taught by Linda, Sumathi, Sue, or Caroline

The Unheated Class is a great restorative yoga class for anyone interested in or already practicing yoga, and a
wonderful way to enjoy a well-rounded, relaxing practice in a non-heated studio.
The studio is maintained at room temperature and provides a good workout for new students and those with injuries.
You will find a fun and supportive camaraderie amongst the students in this morning class.

LEVEL 3 - MORNING HEATED - Taught by Derek or Sumathi

The Morning Heated Class is a 90 minute class practiced in a moderately heated studio.
This class includes one hour of standing postures and a half hour of floor postures.
This class differs from the evening class in that the studio is heated only moderately.
This helps improve your ability to stretch, but is easier to manage if you are new to a heated studio.

LEVEL 3 - EVENING HEATED - Taught by Linda or Derek

The Evening Heated Class is a 90 minute class practiced in a heated studio.
This class includes one hour of standing postures and a half hour of floor postures.
It differs from the morning class in that the studio is heated a little more warmly.
However, the heat still quite reasonably and we keep the room well ventilated for your comfort.
While you will get a good sweat, we don't heat the room to such a level that your yoga practice becomes an endurance test.

LEVEL 4 - MORNING SILENT HEATED - Taught by Linda

The Morning Silent Heated Class is a more meditative version of the regular morning
heated class. As this class is taught with a minimum of direction and no adjustments
are offered, it is best that you have prior experience with the Heated Flow that we
offer before you attend this class.

Our new Heated Class is a 90 minute class practiced in a heated studio.
This class offers a variety postures for those students seeking change in their practice.
Like the regular heated class, it offers one hour of standing postures and half an hour of floor postures

LEVEL 1 & 4 - SWASTHYA - Taught by Rodrigo
|
A complete practice has eight different varieties of techniques: mudrá (reflexological hand gesture),
pújá (energy dinamization), mantra (vocalizations of sounds and ultra-sounds), pránáyáma (breathing
techniques), kriyá (purification techniques), ásana (physical techniques), yôganidrá (relaxation),
samyama (concentration, meditation and hyperconsciousness). The DeRose Method is always performed in
a choreographic format, executing linking movements between each position, creating beautiful
chains through the ásanas.
The instructor teaches two variations of this class. The Tuesday evening class is for advanced yogis
comfortable with the Heated Plus class. The Thursday morning class is for our morning gentle students.
